01 Acceptance of Terms

You may be required to submit identity verification documents such as a national ID, passport, or bank statement at any stage of platform use, particularly before your first withdrawal or when transaction amounts exceed certain limits.

03 User Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at JQK99 at all times. This includes accounts registered using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods. Detection of multiple accounts will result in the freezing of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.

08 Account Termination

JQK99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member's account for the following reasons:
